You know what they say about great minds, and all! There’s a librarian in New England, Sarah Lauderdale, who is assembling the most impressive bibliography of all things Orcish I’ve ever seen. Hopefully, it will find a publisher some day!

Also have an anthology of Orc short stories I’m assembling, hopefully for the same publisher (but I have a back-up publisher, just in case). It’s by invitation only, and I love to pass along an invitation to you. So far, I have Janet and Chris Morris, Jim Hines, and a few other authors committed to it. And, it has a ridiculously long deadline (12 months)!

Coincidentally, I wound up with two nonfiction books back from that packager. The second is about ancient Egypt. Looks like we think alike. 🙂

Actually, the book packager imploded, and the book was cancelled. I have the rights back, though, and I’m looking for a publisher right now.

Originally it should have been out this fall, but it was pushed back. The last I heard it was due in 2009, but I don’t know much more than that. Wish I could be more helpful, but as soon as I know and can say more, I’ll be sure to post about it here again.
