I agree that senate is a large leap for someone who’s never held office, but there have been many larger ones over the years. He’s shown himself to be up on policy and politics for many years, and I think he’s up to the job.

Still, I live in Wisconsin, so it’s not my call. 🙂

I’d vote for him in a heartbeat. At the city level, parties and other labels don’t mean much, but from what he’s posted on his website so far I can see he’s applying the same critical eye to local politics as he does to everything else.

Don’t know much about Nephew’s politics, but “Legions of Thyatis inspired one of the better adventures of my Mystara campaign.
