I’m actually thinking of attending RockCon next month as a civilian. I may take my eldest son along for his first chance to play games at a convention. He’s been whipping me at Attacktix lately.

The two trains are heading toward each other, and only time will tell if they are actually on different tracks or destined for a wreck. Much of it has to do with a personality conflict behind the scenes, but the folks backing Games Expo feel they have a viable alternative to GTS.

Personally, I’m rooting for them both to succeed, although I’m not entirley clear on whether that’s feasible or not.
