Good points, Bill. I started writing this list back in early 2006, though, and at the time both Asprin and Ford were still alive. I did use the list to set up interviews with Wil Wheaton, Billy Campbell, and Anthony Zuiker, each of which appeared in Games Quarterly Magazine, which is sadly no longer in print.
