The other day got on the mail a physical copy of a scientific journal which included a paper I wrote. Even when I have read the thing coutless times, seeing it printed there, it was special.

Anyway, all the waiting makes the release day even more exciting. The sad part is, since I live in Chile, I still have to wait a couple of weeks for my orders to arrive (not to mention I have to pay thrice the price, since chilean custom taxes are kind of high, even on books). But that’s what we fans do: we wait patiently, and enjoy our read.

I tend to forget about it between releases, but there’s a real thrill that comes with holding a physical copy of one of your books. I got that on Saturday when I saw the early copies of Blood Bowl, but we sold all the books, so now I have to wait again. Ah well, it’s a bother, but with a happy ending. 😉
