The idea of a juried awards is one that we’re considering. I don’t know that we’d go with a committee elected by fans, as the time and politics involved might damage the awards further. Still. it’s an interesting thought. Thanks!

The origins awards should be largely awarded by peer review. Perhaps by a committee elected by the fans.
