It uses the same rules as SAS [for the most part, there’s some tweaks], but they’re included – you don’t need SAS.

John Snead did the lion’s share of the work. Matt and Chambers did roughly the same, as did I for actual writing.

I think layout just like that sequence of names best. 🙂
