Comic-Con Plans

I just finalized plans to be at Comic-Con again this year. As with Wizard World Chicago, I don’t have any planned appearances, but I’ll be wandering around, seeing old friends, and hitting the parties.

Due to personal commitments that weekend, I’ll only be at Comic-Con from Wednesday night through Friday morning. If you’re around and need to meet with me that week, be sure to let me know.

Hey Matt!

I’ll be there again this year, this time as Jim Butcher’s aide-de-camp (he invited me). Jamie will be there too, in official capacity. Who knows, perhaps we could do that thing where we see each other and remark about how we really should see each other more often given that we only live 30 minutes away from each other.

Is that some kind of sideways pitch to come over and play on the waterslide?

It’s too true though. When I’m at a convention, I love to spend time with as many friends as I can. At home, there always seems to be too much to do, and I spend my free time with my family. I suspect when the kids get older and want to have less to do with me, I’ll become far more social locally too.
